TTPCom is a UK based company with offices in UK, Frances, Denmark, USA, Singapore, China, Korea & Japan, which develops the technology for GSM/GPRS/EGDE/3G mobile phones and licenses this to chipset manufacturers and then licenses the software to handset manufacturers who use the chips from these chipset manufacturers. TTPCom is well known in mobile technology and its biggest customer base is in Asia. It is constantly expending the business in this area and it is essential that we offer local and effective support to our customers in the region. TTPCom licenses chipset designs to Semiconductor Manufacturers including Analog Devices, Intel, Panasonic, Renesas, ST Microelectronics and Toshiba. These silicon companies then sell their chips to wireless device manufacturers. TTPCom receives a mixture of licence fees and chipset royalties from its semiconductor partners. TTPCom also licenses protocol and applications software directly to terminal manufacturers including AsusTEK, BenQ, Garmin, Innostream, Inventec Appliances Corporation, Kejian, LG Electronics, Maxon, Option, Panasonic, Quanta, Research in Motion, Sharp, Siemens, TCL, Toshiba, ZTE, etc. TTPCom receives a mixture of licence fees and product royalties from its wireless device customers. close
